Therefore, every middle-level cadre should possess the extraordinary execution to confirm the work could be carried out smoothly.From policymakers (chairman), executors (middle-level cadres), operators (normal teachers), by studying the individual case, using literature, communication and observation, I probed "the execution of middle-level cadres in giant secondary school" in depth. The current status and the problems were analyzed during the process of transferring to a giant secondary school, the meaning and the way to promote the execution were clarified, the suggestion to upgrade the execution was proposed.Based on that, it comes the conclusion: Only by innovating the school management idea, transforming the process of policy making, standardizing the management regulation, changing school management mode, training school middle-level cadres, constructing school execution culture, fostering and promoting the execution of school middle-level cadres can we fully exert the bridge roll of middle-level cadres, modify the execution environment and create a rigorous and highly effective execution culture.
