Chemistry is from life and society, as a science it is inseparable with STSE. Therefore, it is the best way to carry out STSE education that infiltrate STSE in the design of chemistry teaching in high school.Under the guidance of STSE education and instructional design, this article studies how to infiltrate STSE in Situational Teaching and Inquiry Teaching, and also learn how foreign teachers infiltrate STSE in the design of chemistry teaching in high school. Through all these studies above and my teaching practice, I give two instructional design, one is grape sugar and the other is acid rain.After this research we can see, infiltrating STSE in the design of chemistry in high school, can move students to learn, and it has also made study no longer the process of passive acceptance, but a process of constructing knowledge actively. At the same time, it can make the gap between chemistry and science, technique, society closer; it can make the students be more interested in chemistry learning, enhance student's ability to analyze and resolve practical problems, improve science accomplishments and realize the quality education in high school.It is a long way to infiltrate STSE in chemistry teaching in high school, because it involve many things. So this thesis is a initial research, it needs to be perfected in theory and practice.
