As the rapid development of China's economy, graduate education also development rapidly. On the one hand continuing graduate enrollment effectively eased the employment pressure and enhance the cultural quality of the whole nation,on the other hand the reform of graduate training system become more reasonable, in particular the reform of school system, effectively meet the social development needs for applied graduate. However, college expansion and reform of postgraduate training mechanism really can ease employment pressure and enhance the quality of education and other issues have been suspected, especially for the two-year postgraduate. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of two-year postgraduate, we must be fully understood the needs of the community, businesses, schools and students.This paper studies university subject--students, that is satisfaction of postgraduate. Through the Investigation of two-year postgraduate learning satisfaction, not only to discover the advantages and disadvantages of educational services, improve school management and the satisfaction of graduate studies, but also the quality of management theory and satisfaction theory another attempt to graduate, very important to improve the quality of graduate education.In this paper, Higher Education Management, Theory of psychology administration and other disciplines of Management were used for the research of two-year postgraduates'satisfaction. Literature reading method were used to collect and analyze the development and the problems of two-year postgraduate. Based on the factors that developed the two-year postgraduate. Using comparative analysis to construction evaluation system. Using the method of the combination of theoretical and empirical research to investigate the satisfaction of the two-year postgraduate.As an example of Harbin Institute of Technology graduate student learning satisfaction, build a two-year postgraduate learning satisfaction measurement index system. Using the "two-year graduate student learning satisfaction questionnaire ",we investigated the satisfactory condition of Harbin Institute of Technology graduate, and the data collection and analysis carried out. Meanwhile, according to satisfaction surveys, proposed the suggestions to improve the satisfaction of postgraduate.
