High Level Athletes Incentive Mode Research In Colleges And Universities

As a career.the high level sports teams in colleges and universities developed vigorously since our country first established it in the 20th century.It made brilliant achievements with its developing during nearly 30 decades.The establishment of high level sports teams in colleges and universties not only instilled fresh blood into their physical education ,raised their reputation,but also promoted the improvement of their students' physical quality.At the same time,this career also cultivated a large number of high quality sports talents for our country and promoted our country's higher education and sports career a win_win situation.However,with colleges and universities' expanding erollment and the increasingly diversification,complication and popularization of college student group,how to manage parts of the high standard athletes among university student group reasonably and incetive them under the new situation has become a very real and important problem.At the same time,establishing a scientific incentive mode which is helpful for cultivating and developing high level athletes as well as motivating their movement and learning enthusiasm have been raised .Therefore,the research we put forward on the constructionand perfection of high level athletes in colleges and universities has important practical significance.In the article, Our use literature, questionnaires, system analysis, mathematical statistics, induction and deduction analyzed the connotation,features,incentive mode of high level athletes and the composition and elements of the mode.Besides,the article also adopted some incentive theories combined with the characteristics of high level athletes in colleges and universities to analyze how apply these theories to high standard sports.Secndly,we made description in detail and drew systematic conclusion of Xiangtan University's incentive measurement about high level sports teams in the past over 10years.In our opinions,in this more than 10 years,Xiangtan University has made certain achievements on the incentive actions of high level sportsman,including effective learning and training guidelines;reasonble management mode;harmnious and impartial team atmophere ;comparatively integrated medical service,etc.But there are also some problems ,say incentive goals are not exact;a lack of complete athlete career planning and retirement security system,etc.Thus,in the article,we put forward from the following four aspects to innovate and perfect the incentive mode of high level athletes in colleges and universities that is the high level player incentive environment subsystem;high level athletes incentive factors subsystem;high level athletes incentive operation subsystem and the perfection of high level athletes incentive assessment and feedback system.
