“New industrial revolution”trend continues to brewing and fermentation. In order to grasp critical opportunities for development from the new round of revolution, countries have taken a series of new measures. Premier Li Keqiang pointed out that we need to combined ―Internet + innovation and entrepreneurship + Made in China 2025‖ together to gave birth to a new round of industrial revolution in contemporary China. To achieve the ―Made in China 2025‖ strategy, talents can not be ignored. Education is the key to training talents. The talents new era required must be innovative talents with a stronger practical ability. Undergraduates internship as the indispensable basic content of practice teaching, play a direct effect to talent training quality in colleges.At present, there are still many problems that can not be ignored and need to be solved in the process of undergraduate enterprise internships, such as the weakening of internship process management, the lack of standard process management, the lack of attention to the performance of interns in the internship process and the sense of self-management of interns is not strong. On the basis of the existing research, this paper adopts the method of questionnaire investigation to study the process of undergraduate enterprise practice and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve the internship process management. By studying the process of undergraduate enterprise internships, this study is helpful for both colleges and undergraduates to understand the problems and reasons in the process of enterprise internship and make targeted improvements. To a certain extent, this study expands the perspective of research and has great significance of optimizing the process of undergraduate enterprise internship, improving the practice system and improving the effectiveness of practice education.Based on the total quality management theory, this paper focuses on "the current situation and problems of the undergraduate enterprise internship management process", trying to make a comprehensive analysis of two important issues: college students’ internship problems and how to optimize the management of internship process. To begin with, this research takes the 2016 university graduate of H University as the main research object. Through empirical research, the study summarizes the current status of undergraduate enterprise internship process management as well as the main problems by making statistics and analyses on SPSS software. This article finds out that there are three main problems in the process management of undergraduate enterprise practice: first, the system management is not perfect; second, organization and management is not scientific; third, operation management is not flexible. Then with the help of the process management method of PDCA cycle and Juran three step curve, analysis the problems and cause in the process of undergraduate students from different levels. At last, according to the actual situation, learned from associated practices from abroad, the paper will put forward some suggestions on improving enterprise internship process management of college students from external management system and internal management system.
