The Application Of Hypnosis On College Students' Career Planning

College students' career planning have draw extensive attention, so many schools set courses of career planning and carry out a variety of different activities to help college students formulate career planning. Hypnosis have been shown unique efficacy in many areas, such as potential development area and education area. This paper uses the hypnosis in the group counseling of college students' career planning to establish a good relationship of group members, help the members in the relaxed and cozy atmosphere, improve the enthusiasm of group members, encourage the members to express, and make the students′career goal more clearly.This study analyzes the actual application of hypnosis on college students' career planning. By analyzing the process and result of group counseling, this study shows the function of hypnosis in exploring character, ability, professional interest, values and goal orientation, and confirms that hypnosis can help students explore themselves and determine the career objectives. This research draws the following conclusions: the hypnosis of group counseling has effect on the college students, and it is benefit for the members to relax themselves, to deepen self-knowledge and clear their career objectives. Hypnosis can be widely used as a method and tool of college students′career planning.
