In the job search process, graduates will be limited by some post conditions of enterprises. On the one hand, Enterprises set these conditions to assure the conditions meet the post requirements, on the other hand, many people think that the conditions are the ways of employment discrimination. So, different applicants will have different perception on employment discrimination and will be affected in various degrees, it means different applicants will have different confidence in the job search process and reflect different career Decision-making Self- efficacy,all of this decide the result of job search to some extent.The study, based on Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale edited by Peng Yongxin, Long Lirong and Employment Discrimination Self Awareness Scale which is a Self-designed questionnaire, investigated 256 undergraduates from three grades in four universities. The study analyzes the relationship between employment discrimination self awareness and career decision-making self-efficacy.The findings are indicated as following:(1) The overall average in employment discrimination self awareness had no significant difference between girls and boys, but, in the dimension of appearance, The girls was significantly higher than the boys.(2)The 1st year master students were significantly higher than the junior students and the senior students in career decision-making self-efficacy scale and employment discrimination self awareness scale.(3)The students in two schools feel higher perception on employment discrimination and have lower Career Decision-making Self-efficacy than the students in key colleges.(4)The students who hadn't found a job feel higher perception on employment discrimination and have lower Career Decision-making Self-efficacy than the fresh graduates who have had jobs .(5)There is always negative correlation between Career Decision-making Self-efficacy and Employment Discrimination Self Awareness.
