Research Of The Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education In Zhuzhou

With the development of economy, the improvement of society, the healthiness of legal system and consciousness-raising to law and democracy right of citizen, education become more and more important, especially balanced development of compulsory education. However, there are huge disparities in balanced development of compulsory education not only among towns and countries but among towns. Phenomena of imbalance education are very serious in china. For example, development of compulsory education exists huge difference among districts in a city, investment of education outlay among emphases schools and normal schools is not very balanceable, children form poor family and floating population can not receive high quality education resource. It is very worth to research that the problems mentioned above.In the dissertation, balanced development of compulsory education in Zhuzhou is studied by analyzing the balanced development of compulsory education of five districts in Zhuzhou. Base on the education justice theory and education thinking of egality and democratization, problem and reasons of imbalanced development of compulsory education are found by investigating the balanced development of compulsory education in Zhuzhou. Furthermore, serveal measures are brought forward to accelerate the balanced development of compulsory education in Zhuzhou according to survey results of it and some measures which have been put in practice by education department of Zhuzhou. Such as, improving education outlay to accelerate construction of eligible schools, strengthening construction of teachers to promote whole level of teachers, realizing high quality education resource share by taking full advantage of modern education technology, deepening course reform to advancing individual adaptability of compulsory education, establishing monitor and control system of balanced development of compulsory education, and so on.
