Research Based On Balanced Development Of Urban And Rural Compulsory Education From The Perspective Of Population Mobility

In recent years,with the increasingly prominent problem of non-balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas,many scholars have done a lot of research on it.Many of them studied from the perspectives of increasing financial input in rural schools,balancing educational resources,and improving the laws and regulations,which is not deep and ignores the phenomena of large number of rural population flowing to cities in the process of urbanization.The flow direction of current education resources is partial to rural areas,while the students flow to the city schools.The obvious discrepancy of the flow direction of educational resources and population may cause a new imbalance.In this paper,from the perspective of population movement,the present situation of the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education in Mingguang City and the existing problems are analyzed.And according to these problems,and the actual situation,some reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:the flow of educational resources should be consistent with that of population and teachers' resources should be rationally allocated;the faculty of rural schools should be improved;housing conditions for teachers in rural schools should be perfected;for qualified teachers who meet the requirements of exchange,the proportion of participating in exchanges every year should be not less than a certain percentage of the total number of core teachers;rural teachers should study in and communicate with urban schools;the assistance policy should be implemented.The gap of compulsory education between the urban and rural areas is rooted in the difference of faculty.Only achieving the balance of faculty between urban and rural areas,can the problem of balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas be solved fundamentally.
