Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of The Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education In Tai'an City

In 2011,my country achieved a comprehensive and free nine-year compulsory education,which laid a solid foundation for the improvement of national quality.However,the unbalanced and uncoordinated development of the regional economy has brought imbalance to the development of compulsory education,which has become an urgent education problem in my country.The balanced development of compulsory education has an important and positive role in promoting equity in education,narrowing the gap between urban and rural education levels,and ensuring people's livelihood.Tai'an City is located in Shandong Province,a major education province.The total number of educated population exceeds 800,000,most of which are in the scope of compulsory education.However,due to economic development,geographical restrictions and other reasons,the development of compulsory education in Tai'an still has a large urban-rural gap.It is necessary to investigate and study its phenomena and causes,and propose possible improvements.This article takes the balanced development of compulsory education in Tai'an as the research object,which is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this article,the research status of the balanced development of compulsory education at home and abroad,and the research content and methods of this article.The second chapter defines related concepts,such as compulsory education,the content of balanced development of compulsory education,and the index system,and introduces relevant theoretical foundations such as public product theory and educational equity theory.The third chapter discusses the current status of economic and social development,the status of compulsory education development in Tai'an City and the positive measures taken by Taian City in the balanced development of compulsory education.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems in the balanced development of compulsory education in Tai'an City,which is mainly reflected in the funds for compulsory education.There are three aspects: insufficient balance,insufficient balance of teachers in compulsory education,and insufficient balance of conditions for compulsory education,and discusses the causes of problems.Chapter 5 introduces the experience and enlightenment of the balanced development of compulsory education in Shanghai,Jinan and other typical domestic areas.Chapter VI combines the domestic advanced experience and puts forward policy recommendations to improve the balanced development level of compulsory education in Tai'an City.It should strengthen the government's main responsibility for compulsory education,optimize the allocation of compulsory education teachers,improve the conditions for compulsory education schools,and promote the equitable development of compulsory education.In other aspects,explore the way to improve the balanced development of compulsory education in Tai'an.
