Information technology is the most popular technology in the twentieth century, which has been widely used in various fields of social life. Information technology used in the classroom teaching is the inevitable development of education information and the current trend of educational reform. This thesis adapts to the development of times and has studied some problems existing in the work of middle school IT teachers in order to explain how middle school IT teachers treat continual education properly. Under the new historical condition, following the national scientific technology refreshed gradually, the new round of basic education course reform will go on soon. The direction of educational teaching reform and the teachers'increasing requirements demand us to standardize and improve the teachers'continual education system. In order to satisfy the demand of lifelong education, improve teacher's quality and realize the teachers'professional specialization development, the Middle school IT teachers should take part in the continual education. Setting up a high—qualified teaching team is the basic guarantee to promote qualified education comprehensively and earnestly implement the new curriculum reform. As the major composed parts of teaching and the important project with strategic significance, Middle school teacher's continual education is the effective measure to promote the quality of the teaching team and the most important task of the construction of nowadays'teaching team.This thesis includes four sections:SectionⅠ: IntroductionElaborate the background of the title, the intention and significance of the research, and the research methods.SectionⅡ: Present situationAnalyze the present situation of post-secondary education of middle school IT teachers through investigation.SectionⅢ: Problems and their causesInvestigate and sum up the main problems existing in post-secondary education of middle school IT teachers and analyze the causes. SectionⅣ: CountermeasuresPresent the author's thoughts about Middle School IT teachers'continual education, provide scientific basis for all levels'education departments and structures, and direct the Middle School IT teachers'continual education of Chang-sha to move healthily and effectively on the basis of the survey analysis.Through the research of this task, the author hopes it can bring the Middle School IT teachers'enthusiasm into accepting the continual education, and construct a favorable environment for the IT teachers, then truly fulfill the spirit of the curriculum reform. In this way I can do my duty for promoting the basic education reform.
