With the continuous improvement of the level of social and economic developme nt,knowledge aging cycle gradually changes,to create "learning society" has become a new concept of development.In the teaching of education in primary and secondary schools,to analyse from teachers' position,one-time demonstration education activitie s are difficult to meet the actual development needs,and in the whole process,the imp act of the role of regression education plays a relatively critical role.However,the edu cational competition activities among difficult countries mainly focus on the qualificat ion of teachers.Therefore,to achieve the goals of education,We must target at the tr aining of qualified teachers.As a key stage of national education,education of primary and secondary schools is particularly important for its teachers.Judging from the present development situation,Western researchers have fully realized the importance of post-job education and they have focused on the post-job education.During the ten years in China,our government have paid more attention to the post-job education of teachers.Education Department has made how to impro ve the leval of teachers as an important point,emphasizing that We should adopt the post-job education as a training way to meet the needs of self-development.With the efforts of the whole society,related work has made great progress.But It isn't de nied that due to all kinds of factors,the development of post-job education levels of our country's teachers still can't catch up with that of developed countries.Primary and secondary school teachers' post-job education is to improve the ove rall qualities of teachers to adapt to professional positions effective means for the smo oth progress of the new curriculum to promote the development of schools so teachers and students are of great significance.However,due to the traffic and economic devel opment level,communication technology,cultural life and administrative managemen t and other reasons,the current rural primary and secondary school teachers' post-job education training seriously restricts the development of rural primary and secondar y school teachers.Therefore,to better promote the education work in primary and secondary schools,we must start from the solution of education quality in primary and secondary school teachers to promote their development.So what is education after teaching?What is the status of education after the teacher post?How will education be effective after teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in relatively backward areas?This paper analyzes the eight primary and secondary schools in Ludian County of Yunnan Province by means of questionnaires and interviews,and analyzes the statu s quo of post-secondary education of primary and secondary school teachers in Ludia n County with 286 questionnaires,After fully comprehending the implementation of post-school education and training for teachers in various schools,and some suggestio ns and opinions are in order to promote the smooth:First,set the new idea of education for rural primary and secondary school teachers in,this is the cornerstone of the development of the rural primary and secondary school teachers' continuing education career,also after the key link in education work smoothly.Second,increase the power of education after teachers in primary and secondary schools.Third,focus on the practicality of content,and the education practice mode after innovation.Fourth,establish effective operation mechanism.development of post-secondary education of primary and secondary school*teachers in Ludian County.The innovation point of this thesis is to study the teachers' post of education in the study of teachers' subjectivity in rural primary and secondary schools,and try to combine education with the professional competence of teachers.This not only expand the vision of development of the regional education teaching effectiveness,will rich in primary and secondary school teachers team construction and the development of the theory,the improvement of the teaching of basic education and strengthen the education for the teachers in the sustainable effective development steadily is of great significance.
