To develop the intelligence of every student is the theme of the current curriculum reform. So it is the educational workers'practical mission that textbooks should be examined on the basis of individual development. With the aim of developing the intelligence of every student, it is studied whether the organization forms of textbooks that are being used are various is studied for individual development by studying the intergration of the theory of multiple intelligence into New Junior Chinese Textbooks by People's Education Press. Besides, it is studied whether it can offers students diversified starting points of learning and plenty of learning means. Using content analysis method, referring to the related literature and considering studying characteristics in the textbooks, the catalogues of Chinese textbooks are compiled. Then, multiple intelligence study activities in Chinese textbooks are added up and analyzed in accordance with the analysis catalogues above.It is found out that the proportion of language intelligence which are presented by speaking, reading, writing and meta-language analysis is the largest, the percentage of mathematical logic and space intelligence second, that of musical intelligence the smallest. On the whole, Junior Chinese textbooks being used have already shown that different study activities should be arranged to satisfy different students'needs. The organization forms of the textbooks are various and embody the theory of Multiple Intelligence. The research results prove that the theory of Multiple Intelligence is one of the bases for the compliment and design of the textbooks and the reform of new curriculum. But there are still some problems in intelligence activities designed, such as not taking the characteristics of junior students into consideration, not connecting with the text, lacking of some intelligence activities, focusing on some multiple intelligence activities, and so on. In view of the questions mentioned above, the author of this thesis put forward some suggestions to improve textbooks. Firstly, express the discipline individuality, perfect the language intelligence and increase other intelligence. Secondly, the activities should fit for of students'cognition sequences and psychological development feature. Thirdly, rationally present the intelligence activities by means of coordination between different intelligence. Lastly, the textbook complier should have extensive values in education and attach importance to different intelligence activities.
