Theoretical And Empirical Research, On Career Planning Guidance For "4+1" Students Of CAPF College.

A"4+1"student in Military Colleges refers to a student who receives four-year education of undergraduate course and one-year pre-service training, and later serves in the army. Thistraining mode is one of the most important measure which helps train officers for the army. In some sense, the"4+1"mode has become the main source of military officers and police force cadres of China in the future.For a"4+1"student, the one-year pre-service training is the essential process for him or her to adapt himself to the life in the army and successfully develop into a qualified military officer. Based on current situation of"4+1"mode, this paper focuses on helping the students qetclear understanding of the approaches of training for future career, and applies career planning guidance to the training process of students of 2010 for the armed police forces. Through theoretical and empirical research, the author made comparative analysis of the results analyzed the current situation of carreer planning for"4+1"students of armed forces, and discussed the influence on the traning quality of introducing career planning guidance into the training process of"4+1"students after their pre-service training.Conclusions are drawn as follows:(1) Students in experimental group with career planning guidance posttest scores were significantly higher than pretest scores;(2) After one year of career planning guidance, the students of experimental group gain scores significantly higher than the students in the other groups, in the planning of cognition, behavior, decisions and revision of the feedback;(3) After one year of training, the experimental group gain higher scores than other groups in the ideological and political quality. And the difference was significant. Experimental group and the other groups show unobvious differences in three areas: the scientific and cultural quality, professional quality and physical quality.(4) Experimental group's three dimensions of career planning guidance in planning behavior, planning of cognition and planning decisions could positively predict the quality of training.According to the conclusions on the armed forces serving in various training institutions, suggestions are given to carry out career planning guidance.
