| The teaching mode of combining work and study together is now very popular in most higher vocational colleges in China. It is an important and essential way to promote higher vocational education reform as well as accelerate the development of education reform.Through making full use of the existing research results, in the inductive current work-study combination in Higher Vocational Colleges Teaching Reform Problems in the foundation, this paper proposes the research point of view, using the method of combination of theory and practice, the combination of teaching reform to undertake reflection deep analysis and theoretical explanation.The key and difficulty of implementation of the combination is "how to combine". In recent years, on the basis of this" how to combine" the problem vocational colleges have done many useful theoretical researches and practical explorations with many specific combination mode appearing. In this paper we mainly talk about the work and study combination education mode in logistics management major in Tianjin Transportation Vocational College.After theoretical discussions and practice, suggestions and solutions on the key problems with cooperative education are proposed, based on research into participants of cooperative education. It is suggested that higher vocational colleges should form the concept of cooperative education, adjust major and develop curriculum dynamically, set up and use training base outside and inside school together, cultivate part-time or full time dual-qualified teachers and create the teaching management system of cooperative education, while the enterprises should develop the awareness of school-enterprise cooperation, establish and improve the modern enterprise training system, enhance the ability of school-enterprise cooperation, and strengthen management of the cooperation. What the government should do is to make detailed rules on cooperative education, to set up specialized organization, to promote the establishment of public training base, to release policy on review of professional title of vocational college teachers and to establish directive center for cooperative education. |
