At present,vocational education in our country is in an important transition stage of improving quality training,accelerating the pace of establishing a modern vocational education system,training more “great craftsman” and “skilled craftsman” is a priority of vocational education.The essential attributes of vocational education and the mission of The Times determine that school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education are the only way to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.In May 2022,the newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China officially came into effect.In Article 41 of the law,it is proposed that vocational education should focus on the integration of production and education and take the road of school-enterprise cooperation.At present,higher vocational colleges are taking school-enterprise cooperation as an important starting point to improve the quality of education,which has made some achievements.However,in the cooperation,the problems of cooperation but not deep,“school hot and enterprise cold”,“appearance and separation” have been restricting the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.This study takes the school-enterprise cooperation of X Vocational and Technical College as the research object.By analyzing the current situation and crux of the school-enterprise cooperation in local higher vocational colleges,it hopes to promote the development of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges in the direction of depth.This study closely focuses on the theme of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.According to the basic ideas of introducing background,introducing current situation,summarizing problems,clarifying causes and proposing countermeasures,this study takes X Vocational and Technical College as the research object,adopts literature research method,investigation method and case analysis method as the main research methods.And on the basis of learning from foreign experience of school-enterprise cooperation,put forward the implementation strategy to promote the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,in order to promote the high quality development of higher vocational colleges.This study is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the reasons for the topic selection of this research.On the premise of understanding the relevant researches at home and abroad,it clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,and expounds the ideas and methods of the research.The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of school-enterprise cooperation.This paper takes symbiosis theory,stakeholder theory and triple helix theory as the theoretical support,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.The third chapter introduces the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in X Vocational and technical College,including the foundation of school-enterprise cooperation in X Vocational and technical College,the existing mode of schoolenterprise cooperation and the school-enterprise cooperation results achieved through school-enterprise cooperation.The fourth chapter,through the analysis and summary of the survey results,points out that the university-enterprise cooperation of X Vocational and technical College is not broad enough,not deep enough,not strong degree of persistence,not high degree of effectiveness,and discusses these problems in detail,indepth analysis of the causes behind the problems.The fifth chapter deeply analyzes the school-enterprise cooperation models in Germany,the United States and Australia and the reference significance of these models to the school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.Chapter six puts forward the implementation strategy of schoolenterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of government,higher vocational colleges,enterprises and industrial associations. |
