The object of study of this thesis is the normal school graduates in the 1980s and the 1990s of Jinhua, Zhejiang province and the content of study is the growth situation of the normal school graduates through the interviews and questionnaires designed in advance and distributed in the six counties and two districts the of Jinhua, including Lanxi, dongyang, Yiwu, Pujiang, Wuyi, Yongkang, Jindong and Wucheng to get the overall growing features, affecting variables and the career situation of the normal school graduates.This thesis is organized in five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research purpose, research meaning and related literature review; the second chapter explain the core definition and the method and process of research; the third chapter focuses on the quantitive analysis on the overall growing features, the current situation and affecting factors of the teachers graduate from the normal school. The fourth chapter concentrates on the case analysis on the career development of the teachers who graduated in the 1980s and the 1980s; The fifth part explore the countermeasures to promote educational background classroom to further growth and teachers on the normal training pattern classroom education enlightenment to the contemporary normal school eduction.Research shows that:teachers with normal school educational background have a good professional attitude on their professional development, pay attention to their own professional development, and have a high success initiative; There are 77.4% of teachers are willing to spend time and energy to promote their own professional qualities; Teachers who can obtain professional success depends mainly on personal ability and learning ceaselessly; There are 47.5% of teachers think learning ability is very important; But the title of their technical post is greatly influenced by policy, at present, most teachers only have elementary school senior professional titles. Further analysis shows that the factors influencing their professional growth, for example, the age, the gender, the way of promotion, problems facing the teachers, the school category teaching age and identities vary from teacher to teacher. In the sense of career, most the normal school graduates of 1980s and the 1990s still engage in teaching career; Influenced by the social change and life experience, their career journey experiences the choice making between "brilliant" and "stray", this group career shows multivariate development path.In view of the growth characteristics and facing problems on the normal school graduates in the 1980s and 1990s and with the purpose to promote their further growth, first of all, we should encourage educational background of normal school graduate teachers should participate in the teaching and research activity; secondly, we can organize closely related trainings for teachers to inspire their desire of continuous development; In addition, considering the differences of educational background of the teachers graduating from the normal school, we should promote the variety of teachers'growth.According to a survey on the normal school graduates'growing in the 1980s and the 1990s, the cultivation mode of the normal school education has an important inspirational enlightenment for today's normal education. The normal school education curriculum is overall offered and worth recommending, but the professionality isn't enough deep and the level of the normal education must be improved; the admission for the students requires the high basic quality.It is significant to recruit normal students first, then enroll the ordinary high school students; The normal school education emphasizes the comprehensive quality education, especially the basic skills which deserves affirmation to the normal education.
