With the establishment, the development of China’s market economy and capital market, acco unting profession has been applied widely and rapid development, small and medium enterprises a s the market main body of accounting personnel demand increased rapidly. However, in order to se rve the small, Small and micro businesses in secondary vocational school, the current employment situation of the students of accounting major is not optimistic. The reason, in addition to secondar y vocational school social recognition is relatively low, the teaching staff is relatively weak and ot her objective factors, the author thinks that the current training mode of Vocational Accounting in t he enterprises failed to talent demand for talent skill is one of the most important factors.On the one hand, the society needs more accounting professionals due to the rising number of enterprises and the continuous expansion of enterprise; on the other hand, enterprises think accounting professionals of secondary vocational schools are lack of the innovation and self-study ability or higher level of operation due to the lack of theoretical knowledge, so it can’t meet the needs of enterprises for such talents. Therefore, how to achieve seamless connection between enterprise employment and school teaching, it is an important topic of the current educators of accounting professional in secondary vocational school.It should be based on the rational analysis of the market demand to cultivate secondary vocational accounting professionals, only enterprise demand oriented, it can effectively improve the core competitiveness of accounting professional students in secondary vocational schools. Aiming at whether the skills of accounting students of secondary vocational schools in Huizhou conform to the market demand or not, this article uses questionnaire to research the national talent website and the companies in Huizhou, it also uses statistical software to analyze the skill requirements of accounting professionals in the collected 210 enterprises. And then, it researches the differences between enterprise needs and talent cultivation, and discusses the students’ comprehensive quality, professional knowledge, skills and the general skills to analyze the current problems existing in the personnel cultivation mode for the purpose of providing suggestions for solving or improving the problem.This article analyzes the talent market in Huizhou, and then resets the courses of accounting major in secondary vocational schools. This not only can improve the theoretical system of accounting talents cultivation, and seek an example for accounting professionals cultivation and professional construction of secondary vocational schools in Huizhou and its surrounding cities.
