In the21st century, the rise of knowledge-based economy and the fierce competition between enterprises competitive strength are eventually embodied in the form of human resources quality competition among enterprises. Modern enterprise systems widely make use of machines and machine manufacturing, plus strict process technology, as a consequence, workers not only need to master the skills and knowledge, but also have to thoroughly understand specific knowledge.Therefore, training and enhancing workers’ knowledge and skills are proved to be the objective requirements to develop the social productive forces. Education and training are the most effective means in the cause of high-quality workforce training and human resources development;as a consequence, all countries are obliged to recognize the significance of professional education and training.Under Chinese socialism conditions, profession training enhancement are productive to speed up cultivating technique business backbone power and skilled workers, to meet the development of national economy, meet the need for specialized personnel, thus improve the cultural quality and technical workers of all working forces, so as to promote the overall labor productivity and economic efficiency.The provision of vocational training for both industries and regions is the embodiment and realization of social services. Meanwhile, vocational training in secondary vocational school education has many advantages. But if there is no real establishment of effective training management mode which conforms to enterprise development needs, training activities will be in vain or lead to deficiency. Nowadays, as there are a variety of social training institutions, vocational school can ensure its position in the market competition only by constantly strengthening and improving the training work and quality. The author thinks that the first thing is to have a perfect planning, implementing, security and control process. This process is further classified into training mode selection, designing of the concrete implementation, training mode and training effectiveness evaluation.In this thesis, Germany and Australian vocational education training mode are analyzed and compared within the literature review part as international references, Such trend as commercializing, life-long, comprehensive quality and international cooperating of foreign vocational education and vocational training provide us with experiences and enlightenments. Based on summarizing our secondary vocational school training management mode and the existing problems, this thesis put forward the objectives of human resource development, in order to promote employment-centered vocational education, vocational training system construction is the solidified guarantee to develop vocational training.The thesis also puts forward the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation, which is worthy referencing, and hence force, this training mode is foundational to construct our vocational education training mode, to ensure the sustainable development of the most important and key parts.Based on our secondary vocational school training management mode study, embarked from the reality, from the viewpoint of the current the development situation of vocational schools, and by relating theoretical research with practical experience and detailed cases,this thesis puts forwarda feasible training management scheme for secondary vocational schools, provides revelation and suggestions for social development and training management mode.
