A Detection Of The Reason Of Cooperation Absents From The Teachers Of Middle School

Teachers' consortium is the important contents of teachers' culture. Currently the culture of teachers mainly emphasize the importance of cooperation of the teachers and spark plugs offering the environment which promotes the cooperation. It's so skin-deep that the cultural of the teachers is affected in the depth and extent. In this search, the author observed and interviewed three individual cases,uncovered the baleful competition about the situation of making out questions, Teach to grind movable, share in resource and opportunity and campus public opinion in common high schools, and analyzed the deep reasons of absence of cooperation of the same section imperfection. The author proposes that some the countcrmeasure and implementation paths about the system of the school and the campus cultural should be adopted, so that promote teachers to cooperate.
