The special education has changed from past isolation to present Integrated Education.Special students are attracted more and more attention.On the basis of learning from foreign experience,China gradually formed its own Integrated education mode and the special student came into class to receive education like normal student.However,in the specificpractice,this mode didn't achieve good results.Teachers play an important role as the keyman in the course of the study and the cooperation between resource teachers and learning in regular teacher has an important significant to the improvement of special education.Currently,there are rarely report about the cooperation between resource teachers and learning teacher.In order to know well the cooperation of resource teachers and learning in regular teacher,researcher chose the resource teacher and xx teacher as the main research object and adopted the questionnaire method and interviewing method.They investigated 490 teachers with the questionnaire method and interviewed 6 teachers of all teachers.After the collection and summary of information,we know the current situation of teachers' cooperation,cooperation dilemma,cooperation requirements.and make conclusion as below:1.The frequency of cooperation between resource teachers and teachers in class is once a week at most and the cooperation is mainly based on the situation of the cases.The mian reason for cooperation is to strengthen the communication between teachers.2.The difficulties encountered by teachers in the cooperation process include limited professional knowledge,limited time,uncoordinated parents,uncoordinated teachers and imperfect system of education.3.The cooperation needs of teachers from both sides should be the first requirement with "cooperative attitude",followed by the need of "cooperation skills a".4.Due to different positions,there is a significant difference in the overall cooperation needs of teachers from both sides.Due to the differences in school district,educational background and special education service years,there is no significant difference in the overall cooperation needs of teachers from both sides.5.According to the interview,the cooperation between resource teachers and teachers in the class is mainly about administrative work,teaching assistance,parent consultation,case assistance,individualized education plan,consultation and communication.Therefore,the present study suggests that administrative units should increase on-the-job training on special education,and pay attention to the allocation of resources teachers and teachers.Resource teachers understand itself significance of cooperation,provide the service for special students,improve their ability to cooperate with professional knowledge,to be read along with the class teacher and other relevant personnel of communicators,integration.Teachers should actively seek resources and have the ability to communicate with each other.
