| Higher vocational employment guidance course lacks further curriculum reform because of its marginal status, which leads to undesirable teaching effect. This paper seeks to study how to construct project-based higher vocational employment guidance course to improve students'integration capability and individual career development based on work tasks through accomplishing projects from practical work with the intention to solve the existing problems. The paper consists of five chapters.Chapter One, an introduction, sorting out theories of employment guidance home and abroad, puts forward the ideas and methods of project-based course reform of higher vocational employment guidance course.Chapter Two analyzes the existing problems in higher vocational employment guidance course and reason based upon the investigation.Chapter Three mainly deals with the applicability and necessity of the reform. After reflection on the present problems, this chapter points out the applicability of project-based course to the higher vocational employment guidance course from the theoretical connotation, and illustrates the reform path of higher vocational employment guidance course from four aspects:competency-based, situation-centered, students-oriented and evaluation-guided.Chapter Four is concerned with the reform and mainly focused on five aspects: curriculum objectives, curriculum content, teaching method, teaching staff, and assessment approach.The final chapter elaborates on the implement and reflection of higher vocational employment guidance course. |
