Now the global formally entered knowledge society, the importance of knowledge has been growing attention.China also is facing how to develop the country's future development plans.China's "Twelfth Five-Year Plan " has been basically established, building an innovative country's plan was also raised to a new level, Technology innovation has become the measure of a country an important indicator of overall strength. In this environment, we need to explore different perspectives of technological innovation in the knowledge society and technology transfer issues related to the promotion of economic and social construction of knowledge.The perspective of this paper, information space, transfer of scientific and technological achievements will be as a university study, Use the information space theory, the theory of transfer of scientific and technological achievements and the classification theory of University to discuss Transfer Mode.At first, this article analysis SLC(social learning cycle) proposed by Max. Boisot in-depth. According to SLC of six stages build a six-phase of university technology transfer model.Results of the model have three of the main results based on the development side,the receiver and transfer agency, divide transfer of Scientific and technological achievements into six stages,include the market needs assessment, project, R & D, pilot, industrialization and market,And analysis the whole transfer process. Then the results of existing transfer mode technology to sort and classify,Summarized the results of three University Technology Transfer Mode,they are university-business cooperation model, University-Government-Business triple helix model, University-intermediary-business triple helix model.Put the social learning cycle theory and six-stage model of scientific and technological achievements,which presented above into the transfer mode.Analysis of the various modes of social learning cycle curve, the transfer process and the internal mechanism of the mode of transfer.In order to analysis the practical significance of each model in-depth, the author also outlined six characteristics of each mode from the knowledge docking difficult, applicable conditions, transfer of risk, the distribution of benefits, disadvantages and advantages.Then through the comparative analysis of these three models, Summarized that according to different situations choose different transfer mode,help to optimize the transfer process and improve transfer efficiency.after the transfer of three modes are discussed in detail, The author security mechanism of transfer of university technological achievements from university,government and the market.Form market-oriented, universities and enterprises as the mainstay, the government for the background to Construct transfer of scientific and technological achievements system.Finally, university of transfer of scientific and technological achievements 6-point response,which the above analysis is proposed,hoping to help the college transfer process to solve scientific and technological achievements and obstacles.This innovation lies in put the information space theory into transfer of Scientific and technological achievements.summary the current transfer mode Scientific and technological achievements.Analysis transfer process of internal knowledge of scientific and technological achievements andf knowledge docking problem from microscopic point of view.
