Investigation On The Factors Influencing University Transformation Of Scientific And Technological Achievements

In the globalization of knowledge economy, the comprehensive national strength of all countries in the world competition is becoming more and more performance for the competition of science and technology and talent. In recent years, China is increasing investment in science and technology, and science and technology has been rapid development of, so that greatly improve the labor productivity and promote economic and social development. However, compared with developed countries, the phenomenon that China’s science and technology transfer is difficult and has low conversion rate exists in Colleges and universities. Based on this, there is a problem which need solve for the academic and Colleges and universities. That is studying the transforming ability of research achievements in science and technology, analysing the influencing factors, investigating the mechanism and path.University transformation of scientific and technological achievements is a complex system engineering. It relates to the formulation of laws and regulations of the management system and operational mechanism, property investment, policy, and the distribution of interests and other factors. This paper clarifies university scientific and technological achievements of the basic concepts, classification, characteristics and the conversion process, the use of literature analysis, on the domestic and foreign scientific and technological achievements into influence factors were analyzed. Then taking Nantong University as an example, we carry on the investigation to the Nantong University 2010-2012 investment in science and technology, take science and technology project, technology transfer and intellectual property rights, science and technology achievement award, science and technology work for local services, and other aspects of the status, and to analyze the influencing factors by partial correlation analysis. Finally, according to the investigation and analysis of influence factors, puts forward improving suggestions into the fruit into the university science and technology.The results show that: the impact of scientific and technological achievements into 11 main factors affecting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, Nantong University has 7 main factors. Data from the point of view is slightly different, but from the view of connotation is consistent. Data on the difference is mainly caused by two methods.
