In the context of social education, the fact education can not be confined to schools will prompt the school to break through their limitations to look for a wide range of cooperation outside the schools. "There must be positive when the teaching sector, there must be interest back home sector." The collaboration research between schools and Children's Palaces aims at promoting to work closely in and outside school, making fully use of social education resources like the Children's palaces, expanding educational opportunities and equal opportunity to quality education, and forming diversified teaching ways, educational models and evaluation criteria for the healthy and harmonious development of students together.This article is divided into five parts:The first part is the necessities of the cooperation between primary and secondary schools and the Children's palaces. From the need for the development of education reform of deepening quality education, integrating education resources and cultivating diverse talents, the need for self-development both primary and secondary schools and the Children's Palaces, and the need for the harmonious development of primary and secondary students, discuss the necessities of cooperation between primary and secondary schools and the Children's Palaces.The second part is the possibilities of the cooperation between primary and secondary schools and the Children's palaces. From three areas of the consistency of education object and purpose of both, the limitations of school education and the supplement of the education of the Children's Palaces, explore the possibilities of cooperation between primary and secondary schools and the Children's Palaces.The third part is the principles of the cooperation between primary and secondary schools and the Children's palaces. In order to promote the implementation of cooperation, both must abide by the following basic:the principle of independence and equality, the principle of the same goals, the principle of sharing resource, the principle of coexistence and win-win and the principle of the nearest and handy.The fourth part is the model of the cooperation between primary and secondary schools and the Children's palaces. For the cooperation forms, two types of cooperation models were proposed in this paper as a comprehensive study:the cooperation model of the same region and the cross-region. The cooperation model of the same region is divided into three types:the style of one Palace and multi-school (regional and community-based), the style of multi-Palace and multi-school, the style of school holding the Children's Palace. The cooperation model of the cross-region (the network cooperation) will become the platform of remote learning and communication.The fifth part is the strategies of the cooperation between primary and secondary schools and the Children's palaces. In order to ensure the smooth progress of cooperation, this paper presents a series of strategies as support and protection:the first is to change the education concepts, from the ideology to ensure the smooth progress of cooperation:to change the views of the talent of parents,in the views of the employment of society and educational evaluation, to change the concept that school is the only of educational institutions, to increase the propaganda for educational institutions like the Children's Palace; the second is to build the Children's Palace and other venues and facilities, from the material to ensure the smooth progress of cooperation:The Children's Palaces of communities and rural will be the development trend of extra-school education; the third is to develop and implement the relevant cooperation policies, from the policies to ensure the smooth progress of cooperation:. The cooperation not only needs strong government planning to guide, but also requires strong government action to implement; the fourth is to set up the cooperation committees/ associations and conduct the effective cooperation guidance; the fifth is to deepen the "trinity" of the education system and ensure the continuity of education; the sixth is to strengthen the cooperation research of inter-school and extra-school education, in theory, to promote the cooperation. In short, cooperation between primary and secondary schools and the Children's Palaces is an attempt between inter-school and extra-school education in theory, a start between inter-school and extra-school education theory. Therefore, cooperation between schools and the Children's Palaces has yet to be theoretically perfected, its practical aspects, such as the content of cooperation also need further exploration.
