Universities are often seen as important places for production knowledge,and the existence of knowledge is the theory.Then the researchers in universities are more of the workers who study the theory.They have a systematic theoretical framework,and the primary and secondary schools represent The "field" of the educational concept and practice,teachers in primary and secondary schools continue to grow in educational practice.Theory can not be separated from practice,practice can not be separated from theory,educational practice and education theory is a symbiotic relationship,but how to eliminate the gap between educational theory and educational practice is a problem that the academic community has been discussing,and the cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools has taken place.This provides an effective way to this end.The university provides theoretical foundations and top-level design for primary and secondary schools.Primary and secondary schools provide practical places for universities.In this way,educational practice continues to improve in the guidance of theories,and educational theories are continuously updated in the enrichment of practice.As the development of cooperation between primary and secondary schools tends to be diversified,the practice of diversified practice has brought a lot of practical problems.It is necessary to further study this diversified cooperation to further narrow the gap between educational theory and educational practice.On this basis,this paper adopts literature and case study methods to study the cooperation and development of universities(U),education administrations(A),teaching and research institutions(T),and primary and secondary schools(S).The history and current status of the UATS cooperation model,the construction of the "UATS" model of cooperation between universities,primary and secondary schools,and reflections on the exploration of cooperation models in universities,primary and secondary schools,with a view to providing newperspectives and ideas for cooperative research in universities,middle schools and primary schools.The study is divided into five parts.The first part discusses the purpose and significance of the topic,a review of existing research,and the content and methods of the study.In the second part,the "U-A-T-S" model of cooperation in primary and secondary schools was combed from the perspective of historical background and reality.In the third part,a concrete analysis of the "UATS" cooperation model in universities,government,teaching and research institutes,and primary and secondary schools has been carried out,and the inevitable link between theory and practice has been established.The transformation resulted in the logical premise of "UATS" cooperation.Based on this,the mechanism of "UATS" cooperation model was analyzed,including the target responsibility mechanism,organization mechanism,guarantee mechanism,and supervision mechanism.The fourth part is a case study of the U-A-T-S cooperation model,which is discussed in terms of cooperation background,cooperation process,and cooperation effectiveness.The fifth part discusses the reflection on "U-A-T-S" cooperation.
