Analytical Study Of Training Situation Of Swimming Instructor In Shanxi Province In 2010

Since British established the first Swimming Teachers Association in 1932, the survival and development of swimming teachers have gone through seventy years of history, of which the most important event in 1974 set up the International Swimming Teachers Association under the recommendations of in the countries and regions. Form then on, swimming teachers have their own international single organization and make swimming instructor training and development spread to all over the world. The training and management of swimming teachers in our country were in a free state of development before a few last years. Our career of swimming teachers training and management had been free development trend before a few years. Established the International Administration of Sport Swimming Center in 1997, it's to strengthen the vocational training swimming faculty and administration, and to put forward the more normal requirement. In 2002, National Administration of Sport Swimming Center formally promulgated the "National Swimming teacher management measures", clearly put forward the conditions of swimming teachers signing up and posting and approval system, making the training of teachers of swimming and gradually moved toward the right track. Based on "national swimming teacher management measures", in the definition of the swimming teacher, swimming teacher is training qualified by swimming center and the local sports authorities (provincial sports authorities and municipalities, single sport association, etc.), is engaged professional teaching and guiding people to swim in the swimming exercise fitness in China. Regarding the "national swimming teacher management measures" as the guiding ideology, this paper will study on training situation of swimming instructor in Shanxi Province in 2010, pointing out its shortcomings, finding out the corresponding conclusion and putting forward relevant suggestions by some specific the existing problems of investigation data in the present situation. In order to the work of swimming teacher training in Shanxi, it's to provide good theoretical support to make corresponding improving adjustments which promotes the development of our province swimming career constantly. It aims to study of training situation of swimming teacher in Shanxi through Documentary, Questionnaires, Experts-interviews and Logical analysis, analyze the present status of swimming teacher training in Shanxi which has a detailed reference of training laws and regulations by the comprehensive, regulations of positive thinking.The main conclusions and recommendations:1. Training business level high of swimming teachers in Shanxi in 2010, especially rely on the advantages of the first level discipline and swimming teaching and research section of institute of Physical Education of Shanxi University. This provides excellent teachers for training.2. Swimming teacher training organization and management are more orderly in Shanxi Province in 2010.3. Swimming teacher training has higher quality of training facilities and other hardware in Shanxi Province in 2010.4. Swimming teacher content of training design is more reasonable and training great social significance in Shanxi Province in 2010.5. Swimming teacher training exists the problems which are low entry barriers,shorter training time, lack of professional exercise physiology instructor,simple assessment, no national certification standards,low degree of attention to theory and propaganda shortage.6. Strictly in accordance with "National Swimming teacher management measures", and resolutely put an end to the conditions which does not conform to requirements.7. Increase the training of swimming instructors working time to fully make the digestion and application of training knowledge.8. Hire professional teachers about sports physiology, sports anatomy to teach swimming exercise physiology principles, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid courses, ensure the faculty members, not only methodology of mastering but also the principle of understanding among them, so as to extrapolate and deal with crises.9. Increases moderately in the difficulty of assessment in order to ensure high levels of high-quality swimming instructors, for the purpose of the people at ease, responsible for the society.10. Swimming instructor certification with the national unity as soon as possible.11. Advocate to improve students'theoretical level.12. Strengthen the training propaganda.
