Research On The Improvement Of The Entrance Education Effect Of Freshmen In Colleges And Universities

Under the background of the Communist Party of China emphasis on strengthening ideological and political education in colleges and universities,colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the ideological and political education of college students,and the entrance education of freshmen,as the initial link of ideological and political education of college students,has attracted more and more attention.As the "first lesson" for college freshmen,college entrance education is the "key lesson" for them to know the school and the college life they will start.Good effect of freshmen’s entrance education can help freshmen to adapt to college life as soon as possible,step into the right track of college life,clarify the goals of college and even the whole life stage,reduce the possibility of detour,improve the rate of college students’ talent,and lay a good foundation for carrying out ideological and political education for college students.The study of freshman enrollment education in colleges and universities to improve the effect of freshman enrollment education has certain reference significance for colleges and universities to carry out freshman enrollment education and college student work.This paper mainly adopts the way of empirical research.Based on the research of freshmen entrance education theory,through the way of issuing electronic questionnaire,about the present situation of college freshmen entrance education and effect were investigated,to explore new students education in colleges and universities in time,form and content of performance,and concludes that the overall effect of freshman’s entrance education is good,but the effect is not balanced among all parts,and there is room for improvement;taking Harbin engineering university as an example,this paper studies the work of freshman enrollment education.This paper discusses the problems existing in the time,form and content of college freshmen’s entrance education,and analyzes the reasons from three aspects:freshmen’s entrance education,freshmen group and staff.This paper puts forward five ways to enhance the effectiveness of entrance education and improve the effect of freshman entrance education,which are the concept,time,form,content and feedback mechanism.
