Freshmen entrance education is an important starting point ideological and political education, It is an extremely important job. In the current new situation. How to carry out a good job both profound theoretical problem, but also a lively practice. This paper attempts to start from the newborn group of college students, Conduct research on freshmen entrance education. This article on the basis of describing freshmen, discussion on problems and their causes of freshmen entrance education,and proposed to solve the current problems,we should majorization constitute of freshman entrance education and complete security conditions of freshman entrance education. The article is divided into five parts.Introduction part mainly analyzes the background and necessity of freshmen entrance education, introduction progress on this issue at home and abroad,proposed research ideas and research methods, and summarize the text of the innovations and shortcomings.The first chapter analyzes the basic problems current freshmen entrance education. First, define the time and concept of freshmen entrance education, secondly, elaborated the basis of freshmen entrance education, finally, summarized the principles and function of freshman entrance education.The second chapter is a summary about problems and causes of freshman entrance education. Pointed freshmen entrance problems mainly for schedules is inappropriate, content of education lacks systemic lupus and direction, related educators lack the necessary communication and coordination. The causes are Insufficient attention, management system is not perfect, Implementers comprehensive quality of freshmen entrance education needs to be improved.On the basis of the contents of the previous chapters, after two chapters propose solutions to this problem from the design and content security conditions. Chapter III section presents majorization constitute of freshman entrance education,mainly include adapt education,identity education,growth and development education and socialist core values education. Among them, adapt education including life guide education, psychological counseling education, succour student guidance education and safe and stable education. Identity education including in school history and situation education, school rules education and community awareness education, growth and development education including career planning education, school career planning education and career planning education. Socialist core values education including patriotic education, civic and moral education, ideals and beliefs education and law philosophy education.The fourth chapter is the last part of this article, this section focuses on three security conditions of freshmen entrance education. First, improving management system of freshmen entrance education,including improving management mechanism and working mechanism. The second is to create a good educational environment, including improving school infrastructure, enrich student activities on campus, support for teaching and research and training, to create a good atmosphere for public opinion. The third is to strengthen the official ranks service freshmen groups to promote communication and coordination between the various talent team..
