According to the spirit of the new curriculum standards, Teaching goal of IT class is to improve students' information literacy in the process of accessing, processing, managing, expressing and communicating information. This goal includes manipulating information technology, feeling the information culture, enhancing information awareness, internalizing information ethics, creating a platform for lifelong learning. How to improve secondary school teaching quality of information technology has become the subject of us teachers.This topic was based on new curriculum ideas. It explored ways to improve their teaching effectiveness and to stimulate students to learn the emotional thinking skills, and to improve students' learning ability as well as promoting teacher professional standards to achieve win-win situation.The first and second part is the theoretical basis of this article. It gives a detailed explanation of keywords that mentioned below. The third part made a quantitative analysis of the current status of teaching information technology in secondary school. It emphasized the importance of necessity to study the effectiveness of teaching; I did a research in fourth part and gave out five aspects of strategy about how to improve the effectiveness; the last part of the whole issue summarized and reflected on the problems in the research process.
