Promotion Research On Career Happiness Of Primary School Head Teachers

" School head teachers work rules" points out that head teachers are the main perpetrators of moral education and students'management in primary and middle schools, they are also the primary leader in the healthy growth, head teachers should strive to be the primary and secondary school students'mentors. Thus, the primary school head teachers is very important. The occupational happiness of the primary school head teachers is very important for pupils to grow up healthily and improve themselves comprehensively. It can say, only the head teachers are full of occupation happiness, they can make their pupils full of happiness. Therefore, to make the pupils feel happy, it is particularly important to pay more attention to primary school head teachers'occupation happiness. To concern on head teachers'occupation happiness is also an important part of the concern on the student 's growth and the educational development.This study integrates the use of literature research, questionnaire survey, interviews and other methods to investigate the city town primary school head teachers'occupation well-being status, to analysis and research town primary school head teachers occupation happiness status in Jiangyin, to find out the existing problems, and on the basis of this study to find out the effective ways to promote town primary school head teachers occupational happiness in Jiangyin. The results show that: nearly half of primary school head teachers in Jiangyin lack of sense of occupational happiness. In the work of class advisers in the sense of achievement and well-being is directly proportional to the occupation; head teachers workload is too big, pressure is great; the respect form the guardian and the students is less than the former, the lack of proper respect reduces head teachers'occupation happiness; the head teachers'work has not got the proper affirmation and timely encouragement; family support class slants little, even lower than the ratio against etc..In view of the existing questions, here are ratio three methods to improve primary school head teachers'occupational happiness. Head teachers themselves be in full of passion ignited happiness; strengthen study, in reading and writing experience happiness; pay attention to scientific research, in the professional growth to get the feelings of happiness; good at learning from others, in cooperation and exchanges to enjoy the feelings of happiness; adjust the state of mind in a calm and relaxed mind to enjoy the feeling of happiness in. Education authorities and schools: focus on primary school head teachers'professional development of primary school head teachers; improve the welfare treatment; reduce primary school head teachers'working pressure ; reform the primary school head teachers'evaluation system; development of primary school head teachers special activities. Other aspects: society need to understand and support head teachers; parents should respect and trust of the head teachers.
