Cooperative learning and highlight the idea of humanism education, to improve the teaching of interpersonal relations as the breakthrough point, to the development of teaching in the course of human resources as the focus, through building a multilateral interaction, free and comfortable learning environment, and fully mobilize students to participate in the learning process actively, formed their own construction of knowledge learning and participation and cooperation, competition, communication the modern consciousness, make students obtain the positive, profound experience, promote the students' cognitive level, social skills and social emotional development, improving students comprehensive quality.The model also requires the appropriate platform to show, while the Internet is providing a break the limits of space and convenient equal communication environment, web-based cooperative learning has gradually rise, and after some colleagues also used the network blog or message boards to carry out cooperative learning, but the author find, relying on the portal site ( such as Sina, Netease blog or BBS ) under the operation interface assimilation phenomenon is serious, the user can modify according to their own needs, and the function is single, the use effect is not satisfactory. In view of this, the author uses the literature law, investigation method, the experimental group comparison research method, the classes of one class as the experimental object, from the two aspects of theory and Practice on network platform under the cooperative learning research.This article is divided into three parts. The first is for the most part subject review and theoretical part, divides two chapters to elaborate, the first chapter discusses this topic in the domestic and foreign research present situation as well as the network cooperative learning applications, the second chapter describes the theoretical basis of cooperative learning, classification and concept; second most network cooperative learning practice section, divided into two chapters, from network cooperative learning mode, design, implementation, evaluation to explore four aspects; third is mostly a statistical analysis of the experimental data and conclusion.
