Based on 244 secondary school students who are from the minority region and han culture area of qinghai province and yunnan province were selected to adopt emotional intelligence scale (EIS) and Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran (EMBU) for measuring instruments, this paper discusses and evaluates its emotional intelligence and parenting style status,and the relationship between emotional intelligence and family upbringing.The results showed:1.There is no significant difference in sexual factors of emotional intelligence of middle school students.In the national dimensions, The emotional intelligence score of HAN is higher than minority and has a very significant difference, In the family structure in the way, the only-child children were higher in emotional intelligence scores than that the not-only-child and has a very significant difference, In their parents' cultural level, parents are above the university to score higher, after pairwise testing showed that have significant differences.2.The middle school students' family upbringing in sexual factors on women inⅤmother and father factorⅤpoints higher than male factor, the others each factor score lower than male subjects, except mother factorⅡtests showed there were significant differences on the outside, the rest factors were no significant difference, In the national dimensions, HAN students each factor score are higher than the minority subjects, and has very significant difference, In the family structure in the way, not-only-child children's upbringing scores were lower than the only-child children's score, and besides father factor onⅤonly-child children no significant difference in the outside, the rest factors all had significant differences, In their parents' cultural level, parents university degree of scoring a junior high school above junior college, and under the following points are higher, and both are very significant differences.3.family upbringing in each factor and the father mother each factors all and emotional intelligence all dimensions, and exist on a very significant moderate related, including except the father and mother factorⅣfactorⅤthese two are very significant negative correlation factors outside, the rest are present very significant positive correlation.4.fatherⅥ,Ⅳ,Ⅴfactor,Ⅴand mother factorⅤ,Ⅳthis six factors on emotional intelligence is the main effect. On the emotional intelligence of the variation of the explanation on, respectively, 27% 43.9%, 50.1%, decreasing and 54.5%. Family upbringing F6, mainly through F4, F1, F5, M1 and M4 this 6 factors on emotional intelligence of influence.
