Experimental group received seven times group counseling intervention,90minutes per time. The control group did not receive any group counseling. The design of experiment is having a pretest and a posttest of experimental group control group. By analyzing the difference of the pretest and posttest result of the experimental group and control group, combined with interviews and observation records and other materials, I came to following conclusion:1 Self-made group counseling project is feasible.2 Group counseling has a pronounced effect on the development of emotional intelligence for secondary vocational students.3 By the study of qualitative material of group guidance, I find out that feasible and effective group project, comprehensive group atmosphere, group homogeneity, group cohesiveness and appropriate leadership are important factors in developing a group.
