The development of economic is totally due to human activities and development. Human is the decisive point of the social productive forces. Human capital, as one of the most dynamic elements, plays more and more important role. Even so, vocational education can cultivate high-quality work force with professional knowledge and skills. According to the new century, Jiangxi Province establish a development idea with relying on industrial parks. Moreover, that has achieved much achievement. However, business employment showed serious structural contradiction aparting from the economic development of industrial park and structure upgrading. On the one hand, its structure upgrading gradually, companies need higher-quality workforce; on the other hand, the present vocational education is difficult to meet the business needs for skilled labor. Lack of skilled labor has been an important factor to restrict Jiangxi industrial development.In this paper, we main anysis the current Jiangxi vocational education how to meet the industrial park companies, based on vacational education theory and human capital investment theory. And there're questionnaires, site visits and other data collection in this paper. Thus, we can establish an index syatem to evaluate the effect of practice and give advice according to the evaluation, all of which are focus on innovating and improving the docking method. After that, there's an organic system among the government, trainees, vocational education institutions and companies in park, which can resolve the labor problems in compnies and through which vocational education can meet company labor needs. And last our social benefit can be the maximization.
