Content: With the promotion of the informationization of basic education and deepening of a new round of courses reform, the position of the IT teacher of middle and primary schools is protruding and apparent day by day. As the person who is the executor of the IT education and soul personage who trains student's information literacy, IT teacher faces the brand-new challenge--teaching life grows again, speciality self constructing again. Relied on as the background with the course reform of basic education and basic education informationization, regard the theory and practice of teacher specialization as the foundation of setting forth my view, consult with the essential characteristic of the IT education of middle and primary schools, this thesis structures the theory frame of IT teacher specialization of tentatively, and commentates one by one about the key element in the frame. Proposed and proved this new proposition of IT teacher specialization at first, then carried on the real example survey on the current situation of the IT teacher specialization, and explain the meaning of IT teacher specialization from individual professional development and social security mainly to follow, at last regard promoting specialization as direction, it structured the system of IT teacher education tentatively.
