Basic education field is now the new curriculum reform, in which information technology and course of the integration of teaching is a new viewpoint. The new curriculum advocates information technology and course curriculum integration, promote the students' information literacy and the development of personalized subject literacy. The focus of the reform is to change the traditional teaching and study way, the information technology reasonably, the appropriate applied to teaching can fundamentally change the teaching way, can cultivate students' innovative spirit and practice ability, and other comprehensive quality and ability. Information technology and course of the integration of information technology into the subject will of course an organic whole, technology as a tool, to make all kinds of teaching resources, each teaching elements and teaching links, after finishing, combination, mutual confluence, achieve integral optimization, and displays the biggest benefit, so as to improve the teaching and learning efficiency, improve the effect of teaching and learning.Based on the theory of constructivism as a basic foundation, according to the new curriculum concept, with his work reality, under the multimedia environment of high school chemistry teaching method is analyzed and studied. The first part, this paper expounds the research background, significance, the present situation, the purpose and the main content. The second part, the article elaborated the information technology and course teaching integration theory basis. The third part, first discussed under the mode of multimedia teaching methods, analyzed respectively in the introduction class, chemical experiment and the recitation how to integrate information technology and chemistry teaching, analyzed the basic concept and basic in theory and the solution of the problem in micro how accurate grasp of information technology and teaching ZhengGeDian. On this basis, combining with the working of the thinking and practice, lists the multimedia mode applied information technology and teaching method to study the integration of material properties and related experiments, the basic principle and the theory and the reaction to solve the problems of the micro several typical teaching cases. Finally, the effectiveness of research is analyzed.
