Learn to live, learn to study, learning to communication is the essential quality talent in the 21st century. Oral communication is an important part of communication, is the essential communication skills for citizens. In order to fit the requirements of morden time and the development of children's speech ability, China promulgated and implemented《Chinese curriculum standards for full-time compulsory education》(experiment draft) in 2001, emphasized the status of the teaching of Chinese oral communication in primary school. In China, the teaching of Chinese oral communication in primary school had already passed ten years from 2001. But children's ability of Chinese oral communication haven't distinct enhancement, the situation is not optimistic. Will inevitably improve the situation of the teaching in primary school, efficiente teaching, rise children's ability of oral communication, promote the all-round development of children. The author will investigate and study in primary school, find the problems, analyze the causes, explore the strategy to solve these problems.This paper adopts case studies, choose a primary school and research in this school, reveal the situation of the teaching of Chinese oral communication. Meanwhile also adopts interview, questionnaire survey and observation. In order to more in-depth understanding of the teaching of Chinese oral communication, the interviews of teacher include three parts: the understanding of class mark, the implementation of the teaching process and the teaching evaluation. Teacher questionnaire include the same three parts, for get some accurate data, Student questionnaire include two parts: the understanding of teaching of Chinese oral communication and student's reality show. Student questionnaire can understand the student's practical condition, and can understand the school from the other side. Observe in this school, record the related factors, and find the questions.The letter divides into three parts: the first part from cross-sectional and longitudinal teaching of oral communication roundly expatiated. First explain the meaning of oral communication and its basic characteristics, and then a longitudinal interpretation the development process of oral communication, help the reader understand the evolution of the teaching of oral communication history, and in all countries horizontal reference the successful experience of teaching of oral communication, finally especially explain the basic theory of teaching of oral communication, guiding the implementation of teaching process. The second part is the research on Chinese oral communication in primary school. Main is collecting data, sorting investigation data and analyzing data.,finding problems of the teaching of Chinese oral communication in primary school and analyzing the reasons. The three part is the improvement strategies of the teaching of Chinese oral communication in primary school .Aimed at teaching problems, and proposes effective, feasible improvement strategies.
