| The phenomenon of teenagers appearing psychology inversion in junior high school students are most prominent. Junior high school stage is a transition period from childhood to youth, which is a critical period of individual growth. Changes in physiological and in the learning activities in the junior make the students began to face a psychological challenge, independence and psychological dependence coexist in the staggered state. In the educating procession, if the parents and teachers do not understand these characteristics of students, can't stand in the student's point of view to deal with the problem and give them timely and proper guidance, it is easy to lead students in the psychology inversion on emotional, on the opposite contention of words and deeds. And with the times going and social progressing, psychology inversion in high school students is becoming worse.Psychology inversion of junior high school students is among the symptoms of their psychological immaturity, which indicates its obvious duplicity. To mention the good side, a measure of such rebelliousness is combined with positive mental qualities - such as critical thoughts, craving for knowledge, and strong ambitions– which promote students'growth to some extent; while we recognize other behaviors as the manifestation negative to their mental health - stubbornness, inhospitality, passiveness, blind resistance towards others, cognition incapability, and refusal to opinions. Psychology inversion usually blocks, or even does severe damage to the growth of adolescents, which has aroused extensive attention of schools, families and the society. To settle the problem, a cooperative model involving families and junior middle schools has emerged, developed and gradually being maturated. Yet in China, this model was started relatively late with only several decades of research and development experience. Although the educational circles and the public have widely recognized our accumulative achievements on management patterns and organization constructions in this field, our theoretical research and empirical analysis are insufficient. Compared with those in other countries, our cooperative model is facing some problems and deficiencies, which still need to be improved and perfected. The research depended on interviews and questionnaire surveys on students of the high school attached to Tsinghua University. Through the questionnaire surveys of junior high school students'psychology inversion, an analysis had been made to comprehend the present condition and development of psychology inversion of the junior school students. At present , the psychology inversion of the junior school students in the high school attached to Tsinghua University showed to be impeachment, resentment or the objection to school rules and advice of parents; obstinate persisting of his own opinions, lack of enthusiasm in life , identification to harmful tendency, neglection of good examples , limitation of ways to communicate and refuse communicating with parents and teachers are the main aspects of their psychological inversion . During the research, the psychology inversions of junior high school students are caused by both individual and external factors. The imbalance between the physical and mental development during adolescence was shown to be the main cause of psychology inversion. Moreover, external factors such as families, schools and society helped the generation of junior school students'psychology inversion in a way.In the way of talking with some teachers and parents, we find that the high school attached to Tsinghua University is very fruitful in the home-school cooperation. Under the advantages of good education concept, environment, facility, and teacher resource of this school, it founds committee, and offers some activities to develop the communication between the families and teachers. These activities reduce the psychology inversion significantly. The school believes the prevention must go first, and it also makes sure the congruity between the teachers'and the parents'mind, which enhances the guidance and help to the students. Although the home-school cooperation is successful in some aspects, there are also some problems waiting to be solved. First of all, the loss of the cooperation mechanisms and careful management weakens the cooperation and its effect. Secondly, the cooperation seems loose, and out of organization. Thirdly, the cooperation is hard to be put into effect totally because of the poor evaluation mechanism, and it is helpless for the improvement and perfection of the cooperation. In view of the above questions, we need to establish a more powerful institution, and make it become the regular work. We also need to build a sound comprehensive evaluation mechanism, and to make the content of the cooperation more specific and more professional. |
