With the further deepening of the reform,China's education has also developed rapidly,deepening education reform in an all-round way and promoting quality education on the agenda.In 1999,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council made the decision on deepening educational reform and promoting quality-oriented education in an all-round way.It accelerated the pace of educational reform and increased the intensity of educational reform.Then educational reform began to deepen and quality-oriented education deepened.The reform of vocational education is an important part of the reform of education.In 2001,the teaching guidelines for physical education and health curriculum in secondary vocational schools(Trial Implementation)promulgated,clear the direction of physical education in secondary vocational schools,and put forward higher requirements for physical education teaching.In 2005,the State Council's decision on vigorously developing vocational education put forward the new requirement of employment oriented vocational education,and put vocational education reform at a new level.It also changed the traditional education mode into the vocational education characteristic education based on "employment oriented" and "ability based",and clarified the direction of the reform of vocational education.The teaching of vocational education is different from that of ordinary education,and the physical education of vocational education is different from that of ordinary education.Secondary vocational education is one aspect of vocational education,which has certain particularity.After secondary vocational school's training,students can directly enter their jobs.This requires secondary vocational education and teaching,especially physical education,to carry out targeted reforms so as to improve students' professional quality in the future.Based on the mechanical and Electrical Engineering School of Heilongjiang province sports teaching current analysis,starting from the occupation quality standard,using the research methods of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,through to the Heilongjiang Province School of mechanical and electrical engineering CNC technology should be in-depth study of professional physical education curriculum,the CNC technology professional physical education curriculum theformulation of teaching objectives,teaching content selection and implementation of teaching methods,teaching conditions,by using the assessment and evaluation and other aspects of analysis,experiment and research,teaching and training of physical education curriculum and occupation quality,understanding and analysis of the necessity of the reform of physical education,through the experimental comparison,from the perspective of occupation quality standard of sports the curriculum reform fully demonstrated,in order to promote the sports teaching reform of mechanical and electrical engineering school in Heilongjiang Province,further It provides a reform basis for secondary vocational sports teaching reform in Heilongjiang Province,and plays a leading role in promoting the in-depth reform of physical education curriculum in secondary vocational schools.The experiment and demonstration show that:1,use the PE teaching contents and methods of the traditional physical education curriculum content can not adapt to the different age,gender,professional characteristics,outdated teaching methods,teaching assessment and evaluation of single,ignore the future development of occupation quality and fitness,not only affect the health of students,but also can not meet in future occupation for students' physical quality request.2,numerical control professional physical education curriculum experimental teaching material is not universal.In other professions,according to different majors,different content of physical education materials should be formulated separately,so as to adapt to different professional and occupational needs for different physical quality.Through the research of physical education curriculum reform from the perspective of professional quality standard,this paper will guide the reform of physical education curriculum in Heilongjiang electric and mechanical engineering school and even secondary vocational schools in the whole province.3,in the control of physical education,it is restricted by the natural conditions of the school,such as the level of teachers,teaching conditions(field,equipment)and so on.If conditions permit,the system can develop sports teaching goal and content;however,if the condition does not allow,but also consider the content of the formulation to meet the site,equipment and staff and other aspects of the existing limits,so the sports curriculum reform in secondary occupation school has a long way to go.
