With the deepening of the reform of quality education, as a kind of new teaching mode of education,"Learning Plan Guidance"becomes the focus of attention. Under the help of learning plan, this teaching mode makes the students constructing their own knowledge structure. Learning Plan Guidance to better reflect the essence of the new curriculum reform, this is based on case studies as the carder in order to guide learning as a means to guide the teachers led the students self-learning as the main body, teachers and students together to complete a teaching task new type of teaching. It establishes the purposes is to train and train and improve students self-learning ability, innovation and academic attainments, and truly enhance the effectiveness of classroom teaching.At first this article discusses the present learning plan of research status and theoretical basis. Then analyzes the meaning of learning plan and high school information technology teaching characteristics, given to the principles and specific implementation process prepare high school information technology teaching learning plan should comply with. Finally, experiments were carried out to study, analysis of the two indicators: achievement and ability. The results show that the case study guided by The information technology,to promote independent learning of students and improve the students self-learning ability to stimulate the students interest in learning,improve classroom teaching density, has been welcomed by the students,but also the promotion of a teacher education and teaching a higher level and achieved a relatively good results.
