In 1970s, researchers have realized the substantial content of curriculum implementation, and begun to turned their attention to curriculum implementation nor curriculum plan, that is analyzing what happened in the process of operating the agreed curriculum scheme, and what factors affected the process of implementation, we should notice what has been operated, on the other hand, we also should notice what adjustment the implementers did in the process of operating. The kindergarten curriculum is the carrier of early education, the effection of the kindergarten curriculum implementation directly relate to the quality of early education. Rural early education is an important part of our country early education, and their curriculum implementation is the issues we should care deeply.The author take A kindergarten in north of Jiangsu as a case, use the ecology theory of human development as a framework, and adopt the natural observation and interviews and other research methods to collect information, present the phenomenon of the primary trend in the process of implementation in A kindergarten—the standpoint of curriculum implementation is teachers but not kids, the way of curriculum implementation is collective teaching but not variety of activities, the resources of curriculum implementation is books but not existence, the strategy of curriculum implementation is controlling but not the interactive between teachers and kids. Based on this, the author analyse the relationship between teachers and ecological factors in the regional ecological environment, including molar activity, interpersonal relation, rolesin microsystem; Multisetting-participation and intersetting-communication in mesosystem; Parents and branch of education department in exosystem; The policy of teacher establishment and value academic credentials. The focus is on microsystem.Based on the above analysis, the author make suggestion to improve the quality of the curriculum implementation in north of Jiangsu's rural kindergarten:the teachers should correct viewpoint on kids, update viewpoint on curriculum and teaching, raise the professional identity; establish the community of teacher-study in one kindergarten, strengthen exchanges and cooperation with external, the head of kindergarten should improve their leadership skills; the branch of education department should play their role, family and community should cooperate with their kindergarten; the government try their best to perfect laws and regulations and increase its fund input and support on early education.
