Teacher evaluation is an important part of educational evaluation, but also further promote the basic education curriculum reform and implementation of quality education in the necessary requirements. The establishment of primary and secondary school physical education teacher evaluation system, for improving teacher education and teaching standards, promote professional development of teachers and improve teacher evaluation and management of schools, is important.Ideas and methods of this study is:through literature research, evaluation research about the status of physical education teachers, teacher evaluation system, the formation of the theory of knowledge; survey through interviews and questionnaires, of Zhongshan City's primary and secondary school physical education teachers conducted a study on evaluation master teacher evaluation practice in this area, analysis of survey findings; Finally, the use of theoretical analysis, for the construction of physical education teachers for the region's evaluation system for thinking and discussion.Survey found that:The local teacher appraisal system in most schools is not sound, evaluation standards to be improved, ways and means of evaluation of a single; in the thinking, attention should be strengthened; the evaluation results, the need to improve satisfaction, and timely feedback results; the final evaluation of the role is to promote the professional development of teachers and improve the overall quality of teachers; the main problem is that there is no real evaluation of the effect of promoting teacher development. The current teacher evaluation system is still need for a comprehensive improvement of teacher evaluation reform long way to go.Finally, the author of the evaluation system to build primary and secondary school physical education teachers to make a few suggestions:First, to establish schools to adapt to the development of advanced appraisal concepts, people-oriented, sustainable development and the concept of lifelong education, adhere to the assessment to promote education, to assess and promote development; two compulsory school physical education teachers is a clear built-oriented evaluation system, the principle feasibility of the principle of democratic principles, the principle of development; third is a reasonable choice of evaluation methods, so that quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation of the combination of process evaluation and summative evaluation of the combination; Fourth, properly handle the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the relationship between quantity and quality of the relationship, the relationship between individuals and groups, short-term and long-term relationship.Fifth, the three developed a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system. Among them, an indicator system, including physical education teachers the basic quality indicators, capacity indicators, responsibilities, targets and performance indicators; the second indicators can be integrated evaluation of physical education teachers of personal qualities, professional qualities, work ethic, classroom teaching ability, the ability of extra-curricular sports counseling, sports education and management, sports and scientific research capabilities, as well as evaluation of student performance and teacher performance in nine; the third indicators of a total of 34 specific evaluation of the quality and ability of teachers.
