The secondary vocational education is the important section of the vocational educational system in our country,which specially trains and cultivates the technical personnel with one craft.In 1990s,the secondary vocational education developed very well,and made significant contribution to the economic increase of China.However,with the development of the technology and industry, the demand to the technical personnel changed rapidly and varied differently, the curricula of secondary vocational schools gradually separated themselves from the market and their graduates could not meet the needs of the market and manufactory. The curricula are the important composing of vocational education,and the ability of the curriculum leadership of secondary vocational school has a significant impact on the graduates quality,schools' success or failure and the local economic development.Thus the problems of curricula and the curriculum leadship become the ones that we have to face.As the Shunde's economy rapidly grows,the local secondary vocational education achieve rapid development as well,which provides high-quality human resources for local economic construction and social development. Liang Qiuju Vocational & Technical School in Shunde adheres to the market demand.After years of unremitting efforts, the school gradually formed its own characteristics of school running model,which is "school-enterprise cooperation,work-study combination, order-oriented training, integration of production- study-research".In the few years,the school achieved some success in the curriculum leadership.In this paper,I attempt to analyze the concept, content, status and problems and causes of the curriculum leadership of secondary vocational school and explore the principles and concrete measures to solve,which is based on the cases of secondary vocational education in Shunde,especially the case of the Liang Qiuju Vocational & Technical School. There are two aims in this study.The first one is to cause the attention of school leaders to the curriculm leadship.The second one is to to construct a model of curriculum leadership of the secondary vocational schools from the theory and practice.I hope that the model can play some inspiration to the curriculum leadership of the secondary vocational schools.I also hope that with curriculum leadership as a core and leverage, the schools can solve the current problems which secondary vocational schools are facing,such as curriculum content outdated, the gap between theory and practice.
