The Application Of Project Management Principle In Society Training At College

This thesis presents the basic concept of project management. A breif introduction on the characteristic of project and project life cycle were also given in this paper.The topic of this thesisis "The application of project management principle in society training at college". It explains the relevant theories of pedagogy, analyses the three elements of education which are "the tutor", "the learner" and "the relationship between teachers and students". The status of society training in college was presented in order to analyse and explore, the advantages of training work projectlisation were summed up. It takes the induction training as an example to analyse the application of project management model in training at college.Base of the theoretics research, the paper brings relevant theories and methods from marketing and consumer behavior to help to study training project. During the analysing process, some innovative conecpts were arisen such as the character of trainer, the preference of trainer, the effect of training as well as the obligation conditions on trainer. All of these provide the direction and principle for further investigation on trainer behavior and training project process.The paper is guidance for real work, by indroducing a real process on how to run a training project. It mentions the essential factors for training project management, such as requirment of trainging, plan and control, principal of training project, course design. Through the theoretics analys and sum up of past experience, all of above factors were defined as the key elements while actually running a process of training project.The unique point of this paper is that it attempts to study the application of project management principle on society training at college, it combines the theories from pedagogy, marketing consumer behavior and applies them in the process training project management, from different point of view to investigate the existent problems in the process of traing project at college. During the research new viewpoint and concepts were arisen and summrised, hopefully it can be useful reference for future development of society training work at college.
