Financial Support For Research On The Integration Of Urban And Rural Compulsory Education

Due to the system design of urban-rural dual structure in history,the development of basic education in urban and rural areas is seriously unbalanced.After the reform and opening up,since the implementation of nine-year compulsory education,especially since 2016,great achievements have been made in financial support for the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education,but the role of financial support should be further brought into play.To break down the dual structure barrier of compulsory education in urban and rural areas as soon as possible,there are still a lot of work to be done in the protection of rule of law,the source of funds,the rational division of power.This article starts with the function of finance to the basic education of our country,then discusses the promoting function of finance to the development of compulsory education,and then enumerates the obligation of finance to urban and rural areas.This paper introduces the successful practices of several developed countries in the development of education integration,and then puts forward some aspects that need to be improved gradually to bridge the gap between urban and rural compulsory education and to improve the financial support for the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education.This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction,introduces the research background,research significance,research summary,research ideas and methods;the second chapter summarizes the relevant theories,including compulsory education,urban-rural integration and other theories;The third chapter expounds the development process,achievements and existing problems of financial support for the integration of urban and rural compulsory education,and the fourth chapter is the experience of foreign financial support for urban and rural compulsory education integration.The fifth chapter is the suggestion of financial support for the integration of urban and rural compulsoryeducation.
