Many issues, concerned with college students, including student employment fierce competition, employment pressure, unemployment and employment problems are needed to be solve urgently. Apparently student employment has become a very difficult social problem. In the viewpoint of college students themselves, they should face difficulties, and do their utmost to improve their knowledge and ability so that they can improve their competitiveness and plan the career. The college students'perception of employment and their own professional standards are worth our concern. The purpose of this study is to inspect the work risk the work risk perception, CDMSE (career decision-making self-efficacy) and career maturity of college students student and explore the relationship between the three. Thus it can provide more reasonable and practical references to help college students develop career consultation and education.This study, based on the past literature gathering and open questionnaire prepared the questionnaire for the college students risk precetion, and also took the career decision-making self-efficacy scale compiled by Peng Yongxin and Long Lirong, and the Korean version of the students career maturity ineventory revised by Zhang Zhiyong as research tools. The college students of five grades from Zhengzhou, Xinxiang and Shangqiu Citys of Henan Provice were adopted in the research with random cluster sampling to explore the correlations of the work risk perception, CDMSE and career maturity. The results indiacated that(1) Data results show that the questionnaire for the college students'work risk precetion with the high reliability and vality can be used as the measurement tool for this study and the future study.(2) Regarding the college students, there are differences in the work risk precetion among different genders and majors; there is no difference among grades, family originations and family economic conditions.There are significant differences in career development, stability, geography and economic and social dimensions beteew the two genders, the female risk perception level is higher; there are significant differences of majors in the most dimensions; there is significant difference of family originations in the stability dimension.(3) Regarding the college students, there is significant difference in the CDMSE of different grades, and there is no differences in the CDMSE among genders, family originations and family economic conditions.There are significant differences in the dimensions of self-appraisal and planning between higher grades and lower grades.(4) Regarding the college students, there are significant differences in the career maturity of different genders, majors grades and family originations; there is no significant difference in the family economic conditions.There is significant difference in work values dimension between different grades; there are significant differences in professional confidence and relatives dimensions beteew different grades; there are significant differences in career goals and confidence, and professional values, professional autonomy and relatives dimensions between different majors; there are significant differences of family originations in the professional values and relatives dimensions.(5) The correlations of the work risk perception, CDMSE and career maturity are significant.The work risk perception and CDMSE can help us to forecast the college students'career maturity. The CDMSE can also have indirect effects on the carrer maturity.Based on the above conclusions, from the school, family, society and the students themselves four angles, this research targeted to make a few suggestions to improve the vocational maturity of students and help students make rational career planning.
