Training objectives and characteristics of students themselves decide that the secondary vocational schools can't apply mechanically the practice of general secondary and vocational practices. For a vocational school in the"Stone Lake"region, we should consider the role that geographic resources play in the Chinese education. In this study, via applying education, psychology, curriculum theory, learning theory, other relevant theory and case analysis, we first analyzed the language development of school-based curriculum resources based on the reality of vocational language teaching to their own needs, the needs of language courses, students and the needs of teachers. Then we analyzed the cultural value of history and culture of"Stone Lake", educational, and set the goal of school-based curriculum implemented curriculum and course content. In this paper, the main part is the design of the Stone Lake language-based curriculum resource development staff of four ways: poetry appreciation, appreciation of the text writing, investigation, and poetry readings; On this basis, the focus of analysis on following five cases:"Poetry appreciation of teaching cases on Jiang Kui's'Poem on the Fan Cover about Secondary Lake Stone'", "Fan Chengda and Stone Lake" "Writing for poetry appreciation," " Examination on Poems in the stone inscription of Stone Lake Area by Fan Chengda", "ancient Stone Lake poetry readings sessions". Finally, propose the evaluation perspective on the development of the school based curriculum on "Research on Ancient poetry of Stone Lake".
