This essay focuses on the research of the countermeasures of stable transition of English teaching between the junior middle school and the senior middle school.A distinct fissure—un-joining, appears in the academic stage between the junior English and the senior English teaching during the development and growth of students. This kind of un-joining brings the students difficulties and also is the obstacle for them in English learning.Behind the fissure, there are many factors leading to this phenomenon. This research conducted an overall and deep analysis from the physiological and psychological point of view, as well as from the point of view of teaching methods, even from the point of view of State policy and educational environment. To make up for this fissure, some educators have done some work and made some progress. But, up to now, they have not found suitable approaches to solve this problem yet.This research tries to explore the factors that cause the un-joining between junior English teaching and senior English teaching, and to employ the research methods of positive research and questionnaires to solve the problem to as to find out a way and enable the teachers to take countermeasures. This paper intends to give some suggestions for middle school teachers and students.The results of the research are: Distinct fissure does exist between junior English teaching and senior English teaching. Un-joining leads to the failure of the student's development. The better education policy, the reform of class teaching, the good habits and methods of learning and the close relationship between teachers and students are helpful in solving the problem.
