Research On The Career Planning With The Normal College Students

Currently, the education and the research of career planning is scarcely applied to our employment guidance of university students. Recently, because of more and more people in china can enjoy the higher education, the employment situation of university graduates becomes more severe, especially the students of Normal University. This requires objectively more attention and effors to the career planning of the students of Normal University. The introduction of the concept of career-planning provides a new way of thinking and learning of employment guidance for college students. This article has three parts, they are the theory of career planning, the analysis of the causes of the problems and the suggestions for improvement. Firstly, career planning of college students involved in the core concepts and related theories are analyzed. Secondly, combined with the current situation and problems, the necessity of the education of career planning to college students is analyzed comprehensively. On the basis of the above, we put forward the Countermeasures of the career planning and employment guidance of the students of Normal University.
